The Level 1 Award in Wines course includes one class on a Saturday. Students must attend the entire scheduled class.
Students register through The Wine Center and sit the exam at the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute at the end of the class on the same day. A WSET certified instructor leads the course.
Successful candidates receive the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines.
