Exams take place at The Wine Center’s announced testing locations. To withdraw from a scheduled exam, a student must notify the The Wine Center within 15 business days of the exam date. Notice after this cut-off date will result in fees. If you want to arrange for a private exam at another time, proctor fees apply in addition to any exam fees. Students have a period of 12 months from the date of course registration to sit the exam. If the exam is not completed with this time period, an additional exam fee must be paid.
Fee for students whose original exam fee has expired – whether by failure to attend, failure to defer prior to deferral deadline, or failure to sit their exam within one year of their Original Exam Date – as well as students who are re-sitting the exam following a previous unsuccessful attempt:
- $138 for Level 1 Award in Wines & Level 1 Award in Spirits
- $208 for Level 2 Award in Wines & Level 2 Award in Spirits
- $382 for Level 3 Award in Wines
